2. Services

Takhos provides web development, design, and digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal accepted by the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (website code, designs, and content) created specifically for them. Takhos reserves the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be defined in the project proposal. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before commencing work. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Takhos or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Takhos' website or services, even if Takhos or a Takhos authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
